Marcus Smart flips off Celtics fans during Game 2 loss to Bulls

Well that wasn’t smart.

The Celtics, the No. 1 seed in the East, are visibly frustrated after losing the first two games of playoff matchup with the Bulls. Celtics guard Marcus Smart chose to take his anger out on the home fans during Game 2 Tuesday by flipping them off.

Smart had just missed a three point shot when the Celtics were trailing late in the fourth quarter 100-86. Trotting back to play defense, Smart exchanged words with someone in the crowd and raised his middle finger briefly.

With the Bulls 111-97 win, the Celtics find themselves down 2-0 in the series and are in trouble as the they head to Chicago. The Bulls just barely got into the playoffs as the No. 8 seed, but have stolen home-court advantage and are looking to advance as they resume play Friday night in Chicago.
